Come for the skiing in Breck but stay for the summer. Summer activities include the Gold Runner Mountain Roller Coaster, just steps from One Ski Hill Place. After you have completed the coaster, head over to the Alpine Slide or rock-climbing wall. This is the perfect location to take advantage of all that Breck has to offer.

Im not sure I can say enough good things about this property. Whether its summer or winter, youre RIGHT THERE at the slopes and where they have fun family activities. Theres also a free shuttle that will come pick you up AND a buffet breakfast that comes with the stay. The location is beautiful. The room has literally anything you need. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. The bathroom even has a scale not like you want to track that on vaca, but still a nice perk. Theres not a lot of options for food delivery if you get tired like we did and just wanted something delivered but the kitchen is fantastic and theres a great market just down the street if you choose to cook. My only sidebar here is that if youre not used to altitude, make sure you read up on what up bring and what to do. We live in Denver and this was my 1st time at 11k elevation. I struggled. There is a sporting good shop though just next door that sells oxygen. That and a ton of water helped! BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Best place we've ever stayed, far homier than a hotel. Our one bedroom had two bathrooms with two showers, kitchen, balcony. Free rollaway bed and pullout sofa. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Breakfast included was better than expected with salmon, Brie, hot items. Friendly staff and impressed by professionalism and efficiency helping everyone. The ski valets were Friendly and excellent, and skiing was so easy with the lifts right outside. Couldn't ask for more and will be back.

The facilities make for a terrific ski vacation for the whole family. The location is truly ski-in, ski-out with the whole resort focused on the mountain. The on-site equipment rentals and very friendly ski valet take the dread of schlepping all the "stuff" out of the ski experience. Our 2 bedroom was clean, attractive and well-equipped (both kitchen and laundry). We used the pools, hot tubs, spa, bowling alley and restaurants - and frequently took advantage of the shuttle to town. We enjoyed Breckenridge more without the challenges of finding parking. We had a top-notch experience and would recommend One Ski Hill Place.
