Beautiful condo with great ski access. You do still have to take a shuttle to River Run for daycare. It was perfect for our little family vacation! Will definitely come back to this location.

Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Perfect location. In the heart of River Run Village Very clean and well kept place Great communication with host Updated kitchen and bathrooms Easy check in/check out Cons: No A/C and easy to hear noise in the Village below. All in all we would stay here again in the winter.

Great view, close to everything, especially the gondola. Very clean, comfy, and homey!! Well worth it and definitely want to go back!

Great location right on the main strip. Good views of the ski slope for the price. The master bed was extremely comfortable and fit two adults and our baby with plenty of room. There wasnt any air conditioning but they did have water fans that blew out cold air for each room. Great hot tub on the grounds too with a mini waterfall. Definitely worth the price!

Great condo 3 minutes from River Run Gondola and the Village. Balcony. Three bathrooms is nice. Excellent outdoor pool and hot tub patio, ready to grille. Pool table, kids play area and small gym. Available bus stop. Ski lockers. Underground parking. I would recommend upgraded firmer mattresses.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time in Colorado. We are so glad we stayed at the Silvermill Lodge. Easy to find location, easy check in and out, great parking garage. Quiet outdoor area with great hot tubs. I loved the fireplace in the living room. Kitchen was spacious. Balcony had a pretty view.

Perfect place to stay and relax after a long day at keystone or A basin! Loved the fireplace and ability to do laundry. Very well decorated and nice walking in the area.

Perfect accommodations for our ski trip! 3 levels, with bathroom and bedroom on each level. Nobody got in the way of others. Wonderful great room with 2-story balcony overlooking the ski area.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! Felt like home the moment we walked through the door. Have stayed in lots of rental houses over the years and this was my favorite! I will definitely choose to stay in one of the rental properties in Aspen Ridge again in the future! What a better choice than staying in a hotel with my wife and young daughter! The location is near perfect and the houses are in a quiet little neighborhood across the street from food and gondola access. For those with an electric car like me, and as long as you are staying in town a few days and aren't wandering too far, you can plug in when you arrive in the garage in a normal outlet and be good to go by the time you leave. There is very little need to drive your car around town once you arrive because of how close everything is. There were also electric car charging options very close to the house including The Peaks (can charge while eating there) or the free gondola parking garage

Gondola Resorts was very helpful and professional. They knew all the great places to visit during our stay.

The property was spacious and very clean. The location was in a great location near local shops and dining.

The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location for walking around main street in Breckenridge. The room was great, just wish there were more pillows.

We loved our stay at Monte Video. The sunrise on the mountains from our bed with the fireplace glowing was the best way to wake up. Then padding across the heated floors to the luxurious kitchen and living area just made you want to stay inside and cuddle up with a good book. But no, the mountains were calling us out to hike! Hottub :)

Gondola Resorts was fantastic.

This home is perfect for staying in Breckenridge. Classy and elegant, yet still comfortable. The location cant be beat for those wanting to have walkability to Main Street. Only issue we had was fireplace was not working when we went. However, this would not stop us from returning, and are already looking at dates to come back to this fabulous property.

We really had an amazing week. The house was clean and remodelated. Every detail was considered in order to enjoy our stay. It was like being at home. 5 minutes walking to the center, and my boys were able to go directly from skiing to the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed a summer getaway at One Ski Hill Place. Our room was spacious and very clean, with beautiful mountain views. The breakfast provided with the room was also an added bonus - this could be ordered to eat there or to-go (with to-go meals being especially convenient on hiking days). Also, Dylan our bartender was especially hospitable and accommodated any beverage orders as well as our breakfast orders. Lastly, transportation was seamless as we were able to take the gondola or shuttle into town, at no cost. We will definitely be returning to this location!

Not a luxury unit. Had to climb 7 flights of stairs as no elevator was in service (the entire week). We appreciate the coupon and will use the services again since this was not Gondola Resort's fault. The ski-in access and views were worth it.

The hot water was very sparse, no good explanation!! Not acceptable for a condo advertised as this caliber. Maintenance came right away and it was fine the rest of our trip. Other than that, we loved the location and amenities.

The accommodation was excellent. The only drawback was the difficulty experienced with operating the TV & sound system.

The elevator was out of service for one day and we had to climb stairs but Gondola Resorts gave us a 10% returning guest coupon to use for our next stay. Thanks

The managers were outstanding and offered exceptional communication and outstanding service.

This condo offered ski-in access, which was a big selling point for us. Skiing in it was a bit more challenging. I would not recommend skiing in unless you are an expert skier. Other than that, we were in a perfect location!

This location is close to downtown and within convenient walking distance. I love the ambiance of the adjacent creek. Castaways Cove restaurant provides room service. Be advised that there is no AC in this establishment.
