Great experience working with guest services team on this reservation. The property was just renovated and you can certainly see it! The Charter is beautiful- great location, great amenities, staff goes above and beyond. The value for the price is much higher than other Beaver Creek resorts.

We had a great time. The location of the condo to the slopes was excellent. The pool and hot tubs were great after a day of skiing

The Timbers is a wonderful place! The condo was beautiful. The amenities, location, grounds, facilities was perfect. I had a wonderful time. Will definitely rent their next year!

Perfect location if attending a conference. Just walk the tunnel and you're there. Property was beautiful and staff friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! The front desk was incredibly responsive and the apartment was clean, well equipped, and quiet.

Good location, close to restaurants and trails. The free shuttle takes you to the conference center which is nice.

Wonderful time in Breckenridge! The Village condos are right along the Main strip and had easy access to everything. I would recommend to friends looking for a great location with excellent ski access.

In July 2019, I treated my family to a week's vacation in Aspen. Our party consisted of my wife, our two adult daughters, our son-in-law, and our 19-month-old grandson. I chose to stay at the Ritz based on the description, the star rating, and the reasonable (relatively speaking) summer rate on the Vrbo site. Also, the other luxury hotels are located downtown, and I wanted a more quiet setting, closer to the trees, mountains, brooks, and hiking trails. (The Ritz is a ten-minute ride to downtown.) I reserved a three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite. The suite included an open floor plan divided into spacious, well-appointed living and dining room areas and a fully equipped kitchen, which was separated by from the other spaces by an attached island. We also had a balcony. Consistent with its laser-like focus on guest service, the hotel was even responsive to my requests as to where in the lodge we wanted to stay. The staff, from top to bottom, was gracious, competent, efficient, and responsive. The property itself offers, among other things, frequent shuttles to and from downtown Aspen. It also offers two great swimming pools (with poolside lunch and drinks at one), and a hot tub. There are outdoor grills and casual and fine-dining restaurants on the premises. The entire family wants to repeat the experience next summer.

Construction/Renovation on the unit immediately above this one was frustrating initially (plastic hanging over the railing onto our balcony, and lots of noise) but the manager dealt with it upon request. The unit was fantastic. Location was great as well.

Wow, what a spectacular home! I'd say one of the better accommodations in Snowmass Village with high-end finishes and plenty of kitchen/ent space to host our function with 12 friends and family. Ask for Sarah! She helped us plan everything including shuttle service to Aspen for an evening at The Carabou Club.

Excellent time at this home! We appreciate the wonderful service we experienced while working with your company during our time in Snowmass Village! Everything was excellent and we cannot say enough about the property itself. It was gorgeous with excellent access to hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed the large back patio and had a few great evenings on it! Impeccable views! The home has great amenities within it, and it was decorated with sophistication and detail! The kids loved the ping pong table in the entertainment room, and we adults loved having the extra space upstairs! We loved this home!

Again, we much appreciated the upgrade to the Lone Eagle condo when our condo was booked. It was a great time and made for a memorable trip in Keystone. We live in Denver, so we will be back.
